Open Day for citizens

Pristina, October 9th, 2025 – In the organisation of the Open Day, the Ombudsperson Naim Qelaj received citizens and listened to their complaints.
Citizens had the opportunity to discuss their concerns directly with the Ombudsperson, such as employment issues, normative acts that are contrary to legislation, health issues, etc.
The Open Days will continue in the future so that the Ombudsperson is closer to the citizens.
