Pristina, May 10, 2024 – The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj received the Parliamentary Commissioner of the Kosovo Security Force, Remzie Zeqiraj, in an introductory meeting.

Ms. Zeqiraj informed the Ombudsperson about her work and activities. She was elected to this position by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, in February of this year, with a 5-year mandate, and will oversee human rights for military personnel.

The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj emphasized that the Ombudsperson’s Institution will cooperate with the Commissioner and is ready to share experiences with her.
