Pristina, June 6th, 2023 – Within the “Pride Week”, in two separate meetings, the Ombudsperson, Mr. Naim Qelaj said that all institutions should play a key role when it comes to access to justice for the different gender communities in Kosovo.

The Ombudsperson participated in a panel discussion on the topic “Expression of justice: A dialogue on access to justice for the different gender communities in Kosovo” organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Also, in his introductory speech at the next meeting organized by the Rectorate of the University of Pristina, Mr. Qelaj said that the support that comes from the “temple of knowledge” for this matter, will greatly contribute to the promotion of basic human rights and freedoms.
