Prishtinë, 29 June 2020 – The Ombudsperson, Mr. Hilmi Jashari, jointly with Deputies of the Ombudsperson, welcomed in a meeting his homologue from Albania, Mrs. Erinda Ballanca.

The People’s Advocate from the Republic of Albania, Mrs. Erinda Ballanca conducted a farewell visit to Mr. Jashari who is accomplishing his 5-year mandate as the Ombudsperson of Kosovo.

On this occasion Mrs. Ballanca expressed her appreciations to Mr. Jashari for the readiness exposed during his mandate for cooperation between two Institutions for further advancing the respect for human rights and freedoms.

In the course of the meeting Kosovo Ombudsperson articulated his gratitude to Mrs. Ballanca for the visit and pointed out that he is convinced of mutual cooperation of both Institutions in the future.
