Prishtinë, 30 October – The Ombudsperson, Mr. Hilmi Jashari, was welcomed in a meeting by the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination of Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Robert Gajda.

Close cooperation between two institutions was the theme of the discussion in this meeting.

In order to implement this joint vision, a Memo of Cooperation has been signed, with the focus on strengthening cooperation in the fields of joint interests and promoting human rights in both countries.

Both parties agreed on sharing information and knowledge, project ideas and best practices in order to promote equality, tolerance and fight various forms of discrimination.
