In this official visit conducted, Kosovo Ombudsperson was accompanied by Mrs. Shqipe Ibraj Mala- Deputy of the Ombudsperson/ Head of NPM, Mr. Isa Hasani, Deputy of the Ombudsperson, Mr. Basri Berisha, Deputy of the Ombudsperson and Mrs. Arberita Kryeziu, Head of International Relation Office.

In the course of this visit, Kosovo Ombudsperson congratulated Mrs. Ballanca on appointment and commenced work. Among others, they highly evaluated heretofore cooperation between two institutions as well as opportunities for its extension in the future were discussed.

It has been agreed that cooperation among two institutions will be focus on: common exchange of staff, joint inspections as well as mutual support of institutions in regional, European and international networks.
