Ombudsperson Institution, in cooperation with Ministry of European Integration and Office of European Union in Prishtine, organized an open public consultation with Civil Society regarding drafting of Action for Direct Assistance for the Ombudsperson Institution, within the process of annual programming of funds of the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) of the European Union for Kosovo.

The Conference provided a platform of joint discussion with representatives of Civil Society, who mainly deal with issues related to protection and promotion of human rights, whose thoughts and comments enhanced even further the Action document for direct assistance for the Ombudsperson Institution.
