The Ombudsperson, Mr. Hilmi Jashari, at the invitation of Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF, awarded today one of the first annual journalistic prices for the best media writing in the field of protection of children’s rights in Kosovo for 2016, activity accomplished in cooperation and with financial support of UNICEF office in Kosovo.

The price for best writing, which was awarded by the Ombudsperson Mr. Hilami Jashari, based on respective commission’s assessment, went to the journalist Alban Selimi from the newspaper Zëri, for series of articles written by him about children’s blindness as a result of medical negligence in University Clinical Centre
