Kosovo Auditor General, Mr. Besnik Osmani, today had a working meeting with the Ombudsperson, Mr. Hilmi Jashari.

As this was the first meeting between two Institutions since Mr. Osmani has been appointed as Auditor General, meeting’s main emphases was the need of substantial cooperation and the challenges these two institutions encounter.

In this occasion the Ombudsperson Mr. Jashari, wished to Mr. Osmani all the best in his endeavors and disclosed his readiness and commitment on cooperation strengthening between both Institutions.

Mr. Osmani and Mr. Jashari agreed that organizing of joint round table discussions should be considered in the future in order to discuss other activities between both institutions aiming accomplishment of mandate and offering better services to the citizens.
