Chief State Prosecutor, Aleksandër Lumezi, has hosted today for a meeting Ombudsperson, Hilmi Jashari. The discussions in this meeting were regarding the challenges State Prosecutor and Ombudsperson are facing in meeting legal and constitutional authorizations and mandates.

In this meeting with special emphasize have taken place discussions on implementation of recommendations of the Ombudsperson Institution, by State Prosecutor, regarding respect of Human Rights, which are guaranteed by Constitution of our country, as well as International agreements and instruments, applicable in the Republic of Kosova.

Both parties have agreed to commit themselves in intensification of the cooperation between those two Institutions, regarding protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, implementation of Laws and strengthening Rule of Law in our country.
