December 29, 2014, Prishtine – The Ombudsperson Institution today held a final press conference for 2014.

On this occasion, preliminary statistical data have been provided to journalist regarding complaints lodged as well as cases handled in the institution during this year.

At the same time the Ombudsperson, Mr. Sami Kurteshi, in sum mentioned the challenges which public institution in the country have undergone as well as emphasized issues that require urgent and indispensable actions by respective institutions.
