12 June 2014, Prishtinë – Students of Human Rights Center, from University of Essex in England, accomplished a study visit to the Ombudsperson Institution (OI).

They have been hosted by the Ombudsperson, Mr. Sami Kurteshi, and have been provided with the information regarding the mandate as well as constitutional and legal competencies that this institution has as well as challenges encountered in fulfilment of the liabilities it has.

The opportunity has been given to the students to address their questions directly to the Ombudsperson and his colleagues regarding issues they have been interested on.

It is worth mentioning here that students’ visit to the Ombudsperson Institution is a useful practice and that students from abroad as well as from our country are more than welcomed in this institution.
