The Ombudsperson, who has been invited in this meeting, revealed to the deputies, members of this Commission, a short summary on composition and formal-technical structure of 2013 Annual Report, stressing the fact that Report contains information as well as other data regarding more than 2000 cases managed during this year by the Ombudsperson Institution. Mr. Kurteshi, among other issues, explained that the Report generally supports findings and recommendations provided with explanations and attestations in detailed footnotes.

The president of this Commission, Mrs. Suzan Novobërdaliu prized the Ombudsman, Mr. Sami Kurteshi for the submitted Report stipulating it as very “inclusive, comprehensive with sustainable and adequate recommendations.” This Report has been evaluated as one of the best Reports ever submitted to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo from institutions and reporting agencies by the President and members of this Commission.

Annual Report has been submitted to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo from OIK on 31^st of March of this year and will be the subject of discussion within upcoming plenary sessions, as Law on Ombudsperson prescribes it.
