After reforms in structuring of Kosova judicial system and needs assessment in order to be as much as possible close to its citizens, in the beginning of this year, the Ombudsperson has decided to increase the number of its regional offices, with additional two offices, one in Ferizaj and the other in Gjakove. Establishment of regional offices ensures better operation and greater efficiency in accomplishment of the mission that this institution has.

These round table discussions also served as a good opportunity in providing information regarding organizational structure of OI, constitutional and legal liabilities but limitations as well.
Regional office in Ferizaj is located within the building of Municipal Assembly (ground floor) while the address of Regional Office in Gjakove is UCK Street, nn (opposite to KRU “Radoniqi”).
