Also, the Ministry of Trade and Industry established a free of charge phone number, 080 11000, where you can phone 24 hours a day to report in case in Kosovo market you face suspicious things, expired food etc.
Given that we are all consumers, reporting such cases of irregularities in our market implies direct contribution to protection of consumers` rights.
