26 September 2012 – In a particular meeting, the Ombudsperson Mr. Sami Kurteshi received members of Parliamentary Committee for Internal Affairs, Security and KSF Supervision, Mr. Rexhep Selimi, Mr. Fatmir Xhelili and Mr. Anton Quni, accompanied by supporting staff of the Committee.
The reason for meeting was discussion over implementation of the Law on Police Inspectorate and handling of complaints addressing the Ombudsperson`s Office regarding actions of the Police and complaints regarding violations of Human Rights of the Police officers.
