As a part of the common commitment to fulfilling of National Campaign against Torture, the representatives of the Ombudsperson Institution (OIK), Kosovo Centre for Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (QKRMT) and the Council for Protection of Human Rights (KMLDNJ) carried out a joint three days training. The OIK team was led by Deputy Ombudsperson Mrs. Shqipe Mala.

The training was supported by the RCT (Rehabilitation and Research Centre for Torture Victims) and OSCE and it included also visits to Peja and Dubrava Prisons. After this training, findings and recommendations were established, since the nature of training was a simulation of monitoring, visiting and interviewing, which are a part of the work and activities, which human rights protection mechanisms realise in continuity.
This training has been carried out on the basis of Cooperation Agreement between the OIK, CRTV and CDHRF, which has been signed during this year.
