Mutual cooperation between the Ombudsperson Institution and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), as well as the particular fields in which such cooperation could be intensified were the topics of discussion between the Ombudsperson Mr. Kurteshi and the officials of the OHCHR Office in Prishtina: Ms. Theodora Krumova, Mr. Nedim Osmanagic, Ms. Arbena Kuriu and Mr. Agon Vrenezi.

The Ombudsperson, after expressing his gratitude for the OHCHR support informed them on the continuous engagements of the institution which he leads, on the difficulties and challenges that the Institution is facing currently.
Also, Mr. Kurteshi informed them about nomination of the 5 (five) new Deputy Ombudspersons and the internal re-organization of the OIK by dividing fields of engagement for each Deputy Ombudsperson.

Meanwhile, the OHCHR officials were interested about certain segments of the Ombudsperson`s work in which they could offer their help in the fields which need support, expressing the readiness to offer further support to the OIK.
