Training held for non-majority communities about the role of the Ombudsperson

The first training, information and interactive session was held in Gjilan. The training was supported by the EU Project “Support to the Ombudsperson’s Institution in Kosovo”.
The aim was to raise awareness of the mandate and the role of the Ombudsperson’s Institution among non-majority communities.
In this training, among others, it was discussed about the concept of human rights and their protection, which are the institutions for the protection of human rights in Kosovo, as well as the role of the Ombudsperson in the protection of minority rights.
